Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be asked for a return or exchange depending on your situation
All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging.
1.If you received a wrong item
You have the option of 1) asking for sending the correct one in your next order, 2) returning it for a full refund.,or 3) 1) exchanging it for the correct item.Customers must confirm their eligibility for an exchange or return with Customer Service before sending items back. In many cases, you have 7 days after receiving your order to contact Customer Service and request a return or exchange.
2.If you received you an item in the wrong color
You are eligible for a full refund after Customer Service confirms you received the wrong color. Perceived color differences due to the display settings of your computer monitor are not grounds for a refund.
3.If an item is missing from your order
Contact Customer Service to inform us an item is missing from your order. When we have confirmed that an item was missing, we will offer a full refund of the item price and shipping fee or begin processing a new one for you in your next order.
4.If your package is lost during shipping
Contact Customer Service to inform us you didn't receive your package. Once we confirm with the courier that your package is lost, we will offer a refund or resend your items.
5.If we shipped you a defective or damaged item
You are eligible for a full refund or exchange. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide Customer Service photographs clearly showing the problem with the item and its tracking number as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can open the item in front of the delivery person and if you find that it was damaged during shipping, you can reject it. Wholesale7 will then ship you a new item in your next order or refund to you.
6.Wholesale7 will refund your money to your balance on the website account normally,then your money can be used in your next order.If you would like to ask for refund to your Paypal account,Please request money from our Paypal (serviceonline.aline1@gmail.com),we will refund immediately.

Shipping Time
After the full payment of your order is confirmed to be received by us Generally speaking ,we need 1-2 days to prepare the order . For some drop ship orders which total pieces of products relatively less it can be shipped out within 24 hours after your payment is confirmed .
However ,To those orders which include a lot of products we need a little more time to prepare it ,if no out of stock items appear they also can be shipped out 72 hours later at latest.
Since the range of the products we sell are relatively extensive. so it is difficult for us to make the inventory 100% accurate . sometimes you will receive the notification for the out of stock items during the process of preparing in your order though they are shown in stock on the website when you ordered them . we will email you to ask for your opinion ,you can choose to replace them or get refunded . maybe this will result in some delay to the dispatch of your order .so please do check your mailbox more frequently to get the newest update of your order . In a general way . we won't restock the out of stock items currently .
please pay attention to the below information if some out of stock items occur in your order
1. if you don't want to replace the out of stock items ,then both the shipping fee and the item price will be refunded to you . in that case your order will be shipped out without the out of stock items very soon .
2. you can replace the out of stock items by any items .Just tell us the item code of your replacement ,then we will replace for you . If the replacement will make the total amount in your order changed because of the price difference between the out of stock item and your replacement ,so maybe sometimes you need to pay more it then please pay the price difference for your replacement as soon as possible .
3. For the refund of the out of stock items ,as our common practice ,it will be refunded to your account in wholesale7 first ,the it can be deducted to pay your next order directly 'it also can be refunded to your paypal account after your request to the paypal is received by us .
About the out of stock items which make the trouble to you ,we are so sorry ,just please do understand , but we will update the inventory more often to avoid it happen .
